First Consult

Service Description

The first consult covers a wide range of nutrition related focus areas including weight loss, childhood nutrition, chronic lifestyle diseases, nutritional assessments and more. This is a basic nutrition consultation including an anthropometric and dietary assessment together with medication and supplement use, disease history and more. The personalized meal plan is then calculated after the initial consult. THE PERSONALIZED MEAL PLAN IS DISCUSSED IN THE FOLLOW-UP CONSULT - WHICH MUST BE MADE WITHIN 3-5 WORKING DAYS OF THE FIRST CONSULT.
